BOT fails while using shared excel if some other user accessing the same file.

I have automated one excel related work, Have use one excel spreadsheet as an input file form that file BOT will take all data one by one, But BOT stop working when some other user accessing that same file.


We can't move that file to VDI, because along with BOT human also working on that same file to process Business exception accounts….

 
So, we are not able to move that file to VDI, as a results if someone accessing that file to complete Business exception scenarios that time BOT stop working.  

and if we remove the shared option form excel file then no one able to access that file to complete Business exception scenarios and due to high counts, we are not able to stop the BOT for any other person to complete business exception scenarios….

 

So, is there any other way to resolve this issue?

In the above case as the same file is accessing by multiple user's bot can’t work on it parallelly. In this case take a copy of the excel file into local machine, work on it and once bot run completed overwrite the local file into SharePoint.
