Hi,
I have a bot that is logging into an application.
When I execute a process trough the control room on closed session, the process is failing at entering the credentials. It only types 4 caracters out of 16 . But when I connect to the remote resource and looks at the screen it works. In both cases it is executed trough a bot runner.
What are the common reasons for which it does not work on closed session?

This could be an issue with Auto-Login settings, please verify auto-login setting on the device is set according to your use case.

Also its worth looking at the bot agent logs and see if we can find any information that can help troubleshoot this issue.
