Issue :: Bot schedules are missing to run in A360

This is happening after DR exercise

Resolution : check if you have Disaster Recovery environment on different time zone and AA services are up on these servers.  Stop all AA services in DR environment.

PN: AA control room servers are supposed to be run on same time zone otherwise schedules will fail to run.
