hello,

I have a bot that sends an email in one of its steps, I have chosen the option to send with the outlook configuration. The bot runs without errors, the problem is that as long as I don't log in to the bot runner, the emails don't leave the outbox.

Has it happened to someone? how did they solve it? please help me, thank you

Hi @crmoralesc ,

Is the Auto-Login enabled for this Runner user?

Hello, yes, autologin is enabled, this is my configuration.

should i correct something?

Thank you

Hmm….It looks like the issue is at the Outlook end. Can you test it manually at the Outlook level? Add a delay to sending mail from Outlook and lock the system. Check whether the mail left the outbox or not after the delay period is over. If not, the issue is probably with the Outlook configuration. If that’s the case, try reconfiguring the profile and check again.

Hi @crmoralesc

Are you using Outlook DLL or its send email command package from A360?

If its DLL, chances are with profile issue add some delay after SelectProfile and send mail steps

hi ChanduMohammad

i’m using the command package from A360

Hi Padmakumar

I tried according to your suggestion to send a scheduled email and then block the session and the email arrived without problem at its destination. That seems to me to eliminate the possibility of the error being caused by the Outlook settings.

Do you have any other suggestions that I can apply?

Thanks for your attention

Then it looks weird. Could you please share your Email connect and Send action screenshots?

Also, can you try after changing the Email package version or changing the connection setting to Email Server?

I have checked again the connection credentials, I reduced the version of the mail package to 3.10.2 and I changed the connection type to Email Server instead of Outlook type. Now it works, thank you very much for your support.
