Hi All,

 

While trying to run my bot with a simple messagebox from A360. the execution getting stuck at downloading dependencies. I have tried reinstalling bot agent, clearing global cache and restarting the automation anywhere service. how can get this issue resolved ?

 

Kindly help me with the above.

I recommend downloading the necessary packages prior to executing the bot, and kindly ensure that you have added the device credentials within the settings pane.
