Bot run getting stuck ate downloading dependencies

Hi All,

While trying to run my bot with a simple messagebox from A360. the execution getting stuck at downloading dependencies. I have tried reinstalling bot agent, clearing global cache and restarting the automation anywhere service. how can get this issue resolved ?

Kindly help me with the above.
