Bot Insights Business Dashboard Unavailable

Hi team,

I am trying to analyze a Task Bot and view the Business Dashboard, but it shows the following message -

"Dashboard Not Available.

Unable to create/load the default dashboard. Check if you have the variables tagged using the Analytics Open and Close command within the workbench. Please contact the system administrator if the problem persists."

 

The AAE Bot Insight Expert Role was assigned and yet, the dashboard is unavailable.

Please let me know if there are any other checks to be done.
