I have completed all the process for Shipment Processing but Chat GPT - open AI processing failed getting error message.

Even I have provided API key as well but its not working. Could you please give any assistance on this asap.

Which OpenAI action are you using? Use GPT-3 action if you’re going to use text-davinci-003 model. If you're going with ChatGPT action, use the gpt-3.5-turbo model. 

If it’s still not resolved, share a screenshot of your config for the OpenAI action and error.
