Bot failed to connect shared email box folder intermittently in A360

“Object reference not set to an instance of object” – If this Error appears, please follow the below steps:

1. Close all apps

2. Restart the system/Virtual Machine wherever is the platform installed.

3. Open Temp and delete all temp files 

Hi. When I try to connect email to a shared mailbox, I am unable to choose the shared mailbox in the drop down. Attached is the error I faced.

I have tried to remove and add the shared mailbox multiple times, but it’s still not working.

Any help is much appreciated.

Verify if the folder path name is generated correctly.
