Hi Team,

I am currently attempting to deploy the bot on our production server using a different machine(VM). However, I am encountering an issue during run the process.

is it necessary to have access of that Production Server?

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:

  1. Check Network Connectivity: Ensure that the device has a stable network connection. A poor or intermittent network connection can cause sessions to disconnect unexpectedly.

  2. Verify Credentials: Double-check that the credentials provided are correct. Sometimes, incorrect credentials can lead to authentication failures and subsequent disconnection.

  3. Session Timeout Settings: Check the session timeout settings in Automation Anywhere. If the session is configured to timeout after a certain period of inactivity, it could disconnect even if credentials are attested.
