Bot Client to CR VPN connection on-premise

Hallo, 

Case refers to an On-prem CR installation of AA360 v.24:

Is it possible and how to eventually configure a VPN connetcion between a BOT client (creator) and Control Room?

The Bot Creator should be both:

  • using normal connection inside corporate network,
  • using VPN connection from remote location.

@MichalTurek  you no need to configure vpn connection in on prem.. use SSL certificate for secure connection .. same ssl certificate to be updated in client / runner machine

Sometimes the VPN perform some changes in your DNS or network default gateway. In this scenario, the bot agent could be intermitent or get a  failed connection.  It is possible to create a connection to your corporative network and VPN but you need check in your bot these scenarios.

I use self-signed certificate of CR machine, do You mean that i should use this for VPN connection?
