Bot agent installation

Hi  can someone help me with the bot agent installation. Suddenly bot agent was

disconnected. So I tried connect it back but I was unable to do it. Below is the image reference.

You may want to check with your IT department, as the error message says you can’t write to.a folder on a local drive. Probably has something to do with your permissions, or lack of local admin privileges.
