-Add a delay betwwen actions.

-(¿zombie  processes?) Verify if you dont have additional  processes using Outlook.exe  in the Task Manager

i am facing outlook mailbox accounts loading itself issue…

please follow following steps :
1 Select your default Mail box, If using IMAP check for password and SMTP settings (https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7126229?hl=en)
2 Check you MS Out look is genuine product , and you have turned on Security 

3 restart your bot agent from task manager > Process

I deleted email account from outlook and re-configure the account.. Now i am able to see the drop down with options (default, email account list ).
