AA2019: about open program/file command

Hi team

i am using open program/file command in AA2019 to open a program called SAP

i pasted the full dir to location text box and run the bot, but after the bot finished, the SAP is not opened

however when i try to click browse button to select SAP exe file, the button of select path is not useful as below image:

how to fix the issue?

ye, that’s because i tried to change another program to open, but still can not open

but in another computer, it works fine
