AA Universal Recorder not tracking dropdown menu

AA Universal Recorder not tracking a dropdown menu click on an image. The error I get is “Unable to find CLIENT. Search Criteria did not match.” “The specified click area did not capture any object. You can either define an object for the click or choose it again.” The AA universal OCR fails to recognize the object I am trying to define and when I reselect the object again.
