A360 wait for window or recorder:capture seems always loading. What to do?

This is Automation 360 build 16685, I am migrating a task from A11 to A360 build 16685.

I try to use recorder:capture and wait for window actions, but it doesn’t load windows, it seems always loading.

says “notifying device”...

Can you help?

The problem was with that there are 2 botcreators in the same machine.

a11 and a360. For a360, when i logged through chrome, i used a11-device name instead of using a360 device name(domain\username)

when i changed it, it works
