Unable to make RDP session in A360 V24…

There might be NLA and SLA issue. This issue fixed in V26 but work around in V24 is  control room > seettings > devices > advanced options > RDP command options  -sec -nla (or) -sec-tls -sec-nla

There is another chance that any third party password reset apps installed in your vdi causing this RDP session issue.. so, uninstall these apps
