Hi @Vinothkumar.N

The command packages and bot files are downloaded to the following location for execution and those need to be accessible. But some of the files are blocked by antivirus software from execution.
C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\GlobalCache

Ensure to exclude the following Automation Anywhere folders from antivirus exclusion.

1. C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere\
3. C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\
5. C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere
6. C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere

But 6. C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere , this is missing

I’d recommend placing a support case with AA

@Vinothkumar.N  check this path

C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere

instead of

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere
