Hi @s.ali ,

 

It seems to be a bit weird issue. However, if you haven’t tried this yet, I would recommend changing the package versions of Recorder and IF packages. 

 

If the above didn’t help, please log a support ticket here with AA team.

First, delete the content of cache folder: C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\GlobalCache\embedded-resources

and then try to reproduce the error.

Try after degrading it and see whether it is working or not.

Hi @s.ali ,

Could you try re-installing the bot agent. 

Once you uninstalled the bot agent, please remove/delete the existing the location,logs folders and Temp folders as well.

After the clearing the above mentioned folders, please install the bot agent give it try.
