A360 On-Prem: Bot taking too long to compile and deploy to bot runner, pre-processing issue "could not extract resultset"

Good day,

 

I am currently building a simple bot, but whenever I make changes to it (e.g. add a new command) - it gets stuck in the 'compiling' state until it fails with the 'COULD NOT EXTRACT RESULTSET' error. Could it be an issue with the compiler service?
