Wondering if anyone here has experienced this issue when trying to create a learning instance with Document Automation. I hold the Co-pilot license and when I try to create a learning instance, my A360 completely locks up my device and I receive the error that my device is already in use. We struggle to stop the in progress activity so I can reconnect my device. I also work on a VDI and my entire VDI will crash as well. 

 

Our team would like to implement the Document Automation, if anyone has any tips, they would be great!

Have you already followed the normal uninstall/reinstall of the bot agent? Support will always default to this as the first troubleshooting step.
