Below is the screenshot attached

Hi @sahilgoyal ,

The bot agent is installed in Windows 11 OS or Windows 10 ?

windows 11 home single language

@sahilgoyal ,

Could you please share the Screenshot containing the Bot runner name as well?

@Padmakumar

PFA the screenshot containing device name

To show the credentials we need to add the device credentials, please follow the steps in the below KB article and add the device credentials.

these KB articles still useless.

Still I can’t see the Device name in it. Please provide the entire screenshot covering the Bot Running device info as well.

@Padmakumar

In username you can see ideapad gaming 3.

Also i think it doesn’t matter what is the name of the device.

Sorry. It does matter especially if you are trying to access the Community edition through a device on which the Bot agent was actually not installed. Just need to cross verify both the Runner device and the device name are same or not.

@Padmakumar

I have installed the bot agent on the same device but still getting this error. I don’t know why ?

@Tamil Arasu10

ok, so there is no way to resolve this “credential not set error” ?

@sahilgoyal

my thoughts:

1.- Probably is a compatibility issue due Windows Home Edition isn’t in the list below:

https://docs.automationanywhere.com/bundle/enterprise-v2019/page/enterprise-cloud/topics/deployment-planning/on-prem-install/device-req-for-bot-agent.html#d407354e648

2.-Re-Install BotAgent with admin privilegies (option All users)  and try register it again.

HTH

Regards

@Raul Jaimes

I Installed BotAgent with admin privileges (option All users) but still getting this credential error.
