Hi everyone,
I haven’t accessed the Control Room for the Community Edition on the cloud in a while, and now I can’t log in. I enter my email, but I can’t remember my password. I’ve tried using the "Forgot Password" option, but I haven’t received any email to reset it. I’ve also checked my spam folder, but there’s nothing there.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is there any direct contact or support channel I can reach out to for assistance?

Assuming you checked spam folders and checked with your IT department to see if they prefiltered the email…

You can try sending an email to community@automationanywhere.com or you can create a new CE account.
