Python Open and Execute function commands are taking forever to complete. Any leads why? I am using Community Edition 9664, Bot Agent 21.82, Python Pkg 2.7.0 (Default)

Could you try Restarting the Bot Agent and trying once more(Ctrl+Shift+Esc > Services > Automation Anywhere Bot Agent > Restart)?

It doesn't usually take that much time.

Is it possible to try with downgrade/upgrade the package of the version?

I tried that way as well, but no luck.

Hi Guys,

If you are still facing an issue, i would recommend using the python open→ Execute Script option instead of execute function method.

 

I know the post has more than a year, but I may have found a workaround this issue:

Reinstall bot agent.

Worked for me.
