Hello,

I have a bot which uses Open Excel action from A360 to perform some Excel steps. Most of the time the action works well, but sometimes I get the error:

“An unknown error occurred when executing the 'OpenExcel' command. To continue, contact your system administrator.”

When this happens, I can see in the bot runner the Excel actually open but with the following error popup window. 

(“Microsoft Office can’t find your license for this application. A repair attempt was unsuccessful or was cancelled. Microsoft Office will now exit.”)

However, I don’t see any reason for this, as there is nothing wrong with Excel itself or the license and since the action works most of the times.

Anyone has seen this before?
