Not able to upload additional documents for iqbot after clicking edit when learning instance has been created

The browse button for uploading documents is grayed out. I can only upload documents when creating a new learning instance but not after when the learning instance is created already. Look at this person’s video at 12:00 timing, his browse button looks clickable after clicking on edit button. does that not mean there is a problem with my account?
