Not Able to open excel(xlsx) file which downloaded from onedrive url using Browser:Download file action in A360

We have tried to download the excel(.xlsx) file from Onedrive URL using Browser:Download file action. Once downloaded, not able to open file in file explorer. its throwing an error. PFB for Error Screenshot.
 

Note: Since we don't have client id, tenant id, secrete values for OneDrive, we haven't used Microsoft 365 OneDrive action in AA to download file
