Please post here you Control-Room version. Does run the taskbot in attended mode?

I don’t remember that bot, but I haven’t option to stop the same

OK. First, try to restart bot agent and/or machine.

if it doesn’t  work , you will need to reset the device using Postman and API  {CR URL }v2/devices/reset
