Não consigo rodar meus bots, devido a controlroom estar com uma execução e não consigo para-la

I don’t remember that bot, but I haven’t option to stop the same

therefore, I can’t run other bot

OK. First, try to restart bot agent and/or machine.

if it doesn’t  work , you will need to reset the device using Postman and API  {CR URL }v2/devices/reset
