@Vikas Bhosale What is the error? Were you able to install Botagent with Admin privileges? Did it ever work before or is it a new configuration?

Can you share the error screenshot? if possible can you reinstall the bot agent & check again?

We have different scenario when we cant connect to device are following:
- Reinstall the bot agent with latest version
- Restart the bot agent service
- Restart the machine
