Hello,

Every time I try to login into AA, I get this error that says

Either your username or your password is incorrect

This may be due to a misspelling or because your Caps Lock is on. To continue, please retype your username and password.

Code: UM1110

I have tired Everything possible; it won’t let me change the password as well.

Please help If anyone knows what can be done.

Kind Regards,

Himanshi

there are 2 URLs for community edition control room. there are chances you are using wrong control room URL.

URL1 : Log in | Control Room | Automation Anywhere

URL2 : Log in | Control Room | Automation Anywhere

try with your credentials on both

Hi, anybody solved this problem? I’m having the same problem.

What Caused the Problem

  1. I had an existing community account created using my previous organization's email ID.

  2. Since I no longer work with that organization, I logged into the Community Control Room using my previous organization email id to update my email.

  3. In the settings, I changed my email ID to my personal Gmail address.

  4. While updating the email, I was prompted to change my password, which I did.

  5. After the update, I noticed that the system still displayed both my organization and personal email IDs.

  6. I logged out and attempted to log in again using my personal email ID.

  7. I was unable to log in with the personal email ID.

How I Solved the Issue

  1. I clicked on "Forgot Password" on the login page.

  2. I reset the password using the "Forgot Password" feature.

  3. After the reset, I was able to log in using my organization email ID and the new password.

  4. My personal Gmail address is now being used as the recovery email.
