Need a quick clarification...does we can execute one single excel in multiple runners at a same time in Automation Anywhere?

Yes. This can be achieved by below three approaches.
1. Placing Excel on SharePoint and using Office 365 Excel Automation Commands. This will need few Graph API permissions to be enabled on Azure portal.
2. In this scenario One drive desktop application should be available on system. Then place Excel on SharePoint and link it to one drive. Then excel will be available in One drive local folder which can be accesses as local file using Excel Advanced commands(Excel basic will not work here).
3. This approach is not consistent and not recommended but you can try this. Open SharePoint excel in desktop app. Copy file path from file menu. Use this path in Excel Advance commands. But this path is dynamic and it can change after some time(Excel basic will not work here).

1.You can also Add the respective Excel to Control Room Download the Excel in All the Runners to a Specific Configured Location in that Machine,
2.You can send an Email to a Specific Email to Bot Email and You can Download the Excel in All the Runners to a Specific Configured Location in that Machine.
