Device status is disconnected after reinstalling bot agent and reconnecting local device?

Yesterday, my device is connected and I made some bots in it. But, Today it is showing disconnected and when I able to delete the device and reconnect local device. It's still loading. But, the network is good.

    Hi @Elakkiyan Selvam​ ,

     

    Try deleting the Registration.properties file at 'C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere' and reconnect the machine to the CR.

    If this doesn't work then try reinstalling the Bot Agent and try again.
