deleted my first mail which has community edition control room url

Hi,

I recently login and tried to create community edition but unfortunately by mistake, I deleted my first mail permanently where I received in spam folder from automation anywhere which contains URL to login.

I tried couple of other url but it is not working. can you please help to get correct URL for login
