Bot Agent not connect to device

Hello, I’m using the Community Edition and trying to connect the Bot to my device, but after installing the AARI and enabling the extension, it has the “Disconnected” status. I already tried to delete the device and connect it again, tried to uninstall the Bot, reboot my machine and nothing works. It keeps with this status. Can anyone help me?
