Please help me. I uninstalled automation anywhere and then reinstalled. It can't be done. What should I do to make it work? please tell me

@mewky, i would suggest before uninstalling delete the device from the control room. Or during uninstallation a pop-up will come asking to remove the registered device please select “ok”. Once the uninstall is complete download the new bot agent and install. After installing you will be able to connect to the Control room without any issue.

    I did as you suggested but still have the problem of not being able to install according to the receiver.
