AA 360 recorder capture misaligned

I’ve been having troubles with a recorder being unable to detect the right location of the window I’m working on, I’ve checked edge resolution and chrome resolution since the same bot has been working on both browsers, I also checked the resolution and seems correct, it happened out of the sudden since this solution have been working for the past month with no major issues and this occurred about a week ago and I have not been able to fix it. help please. any ideas?

Please follow below steps.

  1. Uninstall Bot agent.
  2. Delete device registration from control room.
  3. Make sure if browser extensions are alos removed.
  4. Check system display resolution settings. Make sure Zoom level in below settings is set to 100%.

     

  5. Reboot the system.
  6. Install Bot Agent and again and add browser extensions.

This should resolve the issue.
