@madhu subbegowda Glad you liked the program. Thanks for your participation and sharing it in your network!

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve completed Document Automation Skill Booster Camp along with a shining badge🎖️✨. This week was packed with hands-on experience in:

🚀 End-to-End Solution
📋 End-to-End User Recap
💡 Alternate Design

Enjoyed building an End-to-End Solution that simulates creating real-world Document Automation (DA) solutions, from document intake and ingestion 📥 --> classification 🗂️️ --> extraction 📄 --> data lookup 🔍 --> and post-processing ✅

📔 Highly recommend checking out the End-to-End Solution Handbook alongside the tutorial—it offers detailed guidance on the small but crucial aspects you can refer back to at any point.

📔 Especially helpful if you’re new to Process Composer or DA features—this document is an excellent guide 🔦 to help clarify any doubts you may have while building solutions.

Aha! Moments 😄

  1. Calling a process within the main process and tracking the main process number for subprocesses in the request title 📌.
  2. Retaining the original document name when saving the document 📝—a key step not just for DA but also when using Process Composer to save documents from forms.
  3. The Process Composer Canvas makes it easy to build robust end-to-end solutions! 🛠️️ Excited to see new updates for the BPMN view in future releases.

Tip ✨

At 28:16 ⏱️, select Team instead of Role. In your own Control Room, you can create a Role and test it out, but for this training camp, go with Team selection instead of Role. Feel free to select any team to avoid errors in your build.

Huge thanks to the AA team for all the effort they put into creating this for the entire community!

@ChanduMohammad Thank you for the feedback and participating in the program! You are a rockstar!

Hello everyone!

It gives me great pleasure to let you all know that I have successfully completed the Week 4 Game Plan along with the Document Automation Skill Booster assessment!

I must say that the complete end-to-end Document Automation walkthrough right from creating the process, sub-processes, and form to integrating them together was very well explained.

I am now confident to showcase my learnings to my customers and help them implement Document Automation in their RPA ecosystem as well!

Cheers!

P. S. - I am still waiting for my badge though as I have not yet received it on my registered email (which is weird as I get it in a few minutes everytime I complete any of the learning paths from AAU). Any help on this would be appreciated!

Hello Everyone,

I'm thrilled to announce that I've successfully completed the Week 4 Game Plan along with the Document Automation Skill Booster assessment!

The entire end-to-end Document Automation walkthrough was incredibly well-structured, covering everything from building processes and sub-processes to designing and integrating forms seamlessly. The focus on pre- and post-processing of documents, especially in managing unstructured data, was particularly valuable and has deepened my understanding of how to handle complex document formats in automation.

Armed with these insights, I feel fully equipped to showcase my learnings to clients and assist them in integrating Document Automation into their RPA environments with confidence.

Cheers!

😊😊

P.S. I’m still awaiting my badge, as it hasn’t shown up in my registered email yet—an unusual delay since I usually receive badges within minutes of completing AAU learning paths. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Hello AA team! The training camp was great and I'm excited to start applying this for clients.
The only problem I have had is that I took and passed the assessment 10 days ago and I have not yet received my badge.
I wrote to support a few days ago and I didn't get a response either.
Thank you AA community and team!
