I am trying to sign up for the Advanced Certification. The website just shows a loading circle graphic when I click on the “Certify for $5” button. It has been like this for me for over a week. I’ve tried different browsers and different computers.

After you click that button, the next step the system is asking for is for you to log in. Try logging into the Pathfinder or University site first, then clicking that button. I’m not sure why you aren’t seeing the login pop-up message.

Hi Aaron, I’ve tried both ways. Logged in first then tried clicking the button. Or click that button and login through the popup. But after that, the site spins

This is what the page should look like…

On this page are elements from m.stripe.com, m.stripe.network, js.stripe.com, assets.tia-ai.com, rsms.me, fast.wistia.com, fast.tia-ai.com, and upskill.automationanywhere.com.

Make sure that your firewall/ad blocker allows these domains through.

I don’t know what’s going on - I’ve tried my phone, personal PC, work PC - with and without adblockers, VPNs on and off, in my office/ at home. Still not working. Located in the US.

Very, very odd. Maybe bring up the developer tools in your browser (typically F12) and select Network and reload the page. That will show you what is and isn’t loading…

This is a screen shot from Chrome on my work computer. I don’t have Chrome locked down like I have Firefox locked down. Even so, there are elements that didn’t load in Chrome. This could be from my firewall. If you’re using a third-party DNS, maybe consider temporarily changing that to 8.8.8.8 and see if that works.

Changing the DNS was a no go :(

Here’s my F12 - nothing loaded? Not sure how to read this

Could you leave that network panel up and refresh the page please?

That is the panel after I’ve refreshed the page

Wait, it was on the MEDIA tab. Here’s the ALL tab:

At this point, I would recommend trying a computer at a nearby library. This isn’t a cheeky response, it’s honest. There’s something interfering with this page and I can’t figure out what.

If you’re able to complete the purchase on the library computer, it will be part of your account and you should be able to take the Advanced Certification at any time including on your work or home computer.

I’m sorry I don’t have a better idea for you, but I haven’t seen this elsewhere.

Ok, appreciate the help. I will report back after a visit to the library hah.

Stopped by the library on the way to work and unfortunately same issue. This can’t be a me only thing then. I even tried creating a new login ID.

Did you use your own computer at the library, or did you use one of the public computers?

I used the public computer.

I will escalate this to our engineering group. Thank you for your diligence in trying to solve this issue.

Thank you for the help. Would appreciate if it can be resolved before the $5 deadline is over!
