Hi Team,

Please stop the notification mail on my id ajit.j.kumar.singh@accenture \due to getting frequently mail, whoever raise any request and concern I get email and notification so please disabled it.

Hi @Ajit Kumar.S ,

Please navigate to Profile -->Settings→ Notifications → disable the like below and save it. You won’t get the mail notification.

Most emails from Automation Anywhere have “unsubscribe” links contained at the bottom of the email. Following those links will remove you from that specific email list.

The ones that do not have unsubscribe links are generated from a control room, such as when a credential is added, removed, etc. Those emails cannot be unsubscribed. If that is the type of email that you’re concerned with, contact your center of excellence/control room administrator.

If it is not either of these, please attach a screen shot for a sample email so we can determine which emails are bothering you.
