Hello Team,

In January, automations stopped working when chrome version was updated. AA360 team suggested to downgrade the chrome version and automations are working fine.

Can someone please confirm whether the issue is resolved and automations work if we upgrade chrome to latest version with the control room version v24 or not?

 

 

Please find the details about the AA360 version we are using.

Control room version is v24( build 13343),

Bot agent version is 21.200

Recorder package version is 2.6.1-20220428-010714

That’s an old version of the control room. I would recommend spinning up a VM and testing it.

Whenever we have a workaround, like downgrading Chrome, that means we’re going to be working on it very quickly, but many times that means upgrading your version of the control room. You’re now 10 revisions of the control room behind.

We are planning to upgrade our control room version to the latest. What all we need to take backup? Where we have to store them? Can someone please help me with all of this.
