Hello,

I have passed the certification for Essential Automation, and did not receive any email with the certification or proof attached.

I even passed it twice with the required score, but had no email confirmation or such.

Did anyone encounter this issue ? Please advise… Thank You !

Please send an email to learning@automationanywhere.com

Hello Aaron,

Thank you for your reply (and also for the great training content).

I have sent an email to the specified address, by when should I have my issue resolved ?

The wait is honestly a bit aggravating...

The certificates were already sent to your email, but they got deleted somehow. This sometimes happens when your IT department does filtering of “spam” messages before your email client gets it. That’s why you couldn’t find it in your SPAM or JUNK folders. While you are awaiting a response from our support team, you can check with your IT department to see if they filtered the email accidentally.

Otherwise, I would expect a response from our support team within 24 hours or so.

Hello,

I can confirm that I received no such email. I have verified all folders in my mail box. I am also not using my company email ; just my personal Gmail account for this.

If there is any way to resend it to the mail address i am using for this account, i would appreciate.

Thank you

Yes, our support team will be resending your certification to the email address.

Google, on the other hand, seems to have changed their spam algorithm and has been “eating” more of our emails lately, including the Community Edition sign-up emails.

Thank you team !

Support did reach out and my issue was fixed.

Thanks again for the swift resolution.

Your best bet is to contact learning@automationanywhere.com and they can help.

@Aaron.Gleason do you know if your team has put a ticket into Gmail team to get the confirmation email white listed?  Might also update your DKIM and spf records and also dmarc for the certificate provider so it also doesn’t get marked as spam. I did look in my spam folder in Gmail and nothing regarding a certificate exists.  I will create a ticket about the issue but I think that the team needs to take some steps to resolve the issue from an email delivery standpoint.

Thanks!

I’ll let our engineering team know of such options.

Thank you! Hopefully it will help others avoid the issue in the future!

I’ve escalated this issue internally. Unfortunately, it’s progress is opaque once escalated in this case.

Hi all! Just diving in to let everyone know that our support team is on this. There was a bug in the certification system we use that seems to have begun last week. Without your messages we never would have known to look into it, so thank you so much for reaching out! Thankful for such a great community! ❤️

Dear Support Team,
This Sunday, January 26th, from 20:00 to 21:00 CET I passed the test 'Essential Automation Certification 2024'. Please see the attached screenshot. However, I have not received any emails since that time. Could you please re-send me the email?

@Yurii_K it seems that the only way you get it is to email the support team learning@automationanywhere.com. I don’t believe they monitor or participate here on the community. I hope though that they just work to correct whatever issue is happening so that the email doesn’t get blocked as spam.
