How to Use the Template

Create a Separate Section for Each Session:​

• The document includes pages for five sessions, each marked with a color-coded tab in the top right corner.​ 

For Additional Sessions:​

• To create more sections (because we know you’ll attend more than 5 sessions!!), simply copy and paste slides 3-6 (Tabs A-D) and change the tab color to indicate a new session.​

Follow the Prompts:​

• Each page contains prompts to guide you through the goal setting process.​

Tab Descriptions:​

• Tab A: Use this tab to note down the session title and summary as shared online.​

• Tab B: Keep this tab open during the session to take notes.​

• Tabs C & D: Use these tabs afterward to develop your SMART goals.​

End of Document:​

• At the end of the document, compile all your goals from each session. ​Add these to your typical goal setting-workflow and you’re ready to tackle 2025 head on!
