• Biggest Professional Achievement to date: Vishal recently engaged in one of his company's most important use cases involving tariffs on imports and exports with the UK's Brexit. He and his team used the IQ Bot from Automation Anywhere, which helped them greatly with their work on the project.

Expertise / Specializations

Vishal is a technical expert with more than 8 years of experience as a Senior Developer in intelligent automation. But business analysis is a professional discipline he'd like to advance in. He has noticed over time that a use case's initial business requirement isn't always accurately captured, which leads to a built solution that isn't entirely on target. He would really like additional input during the requirement elicitation and analysis stages so that he can provide solutions that are more relevant and precise. Additionally, he keeps an eye on generative AI and is interested in integrating it to support multiple language translation on documents like invoices as well as to enhance the AI model that is being used for IQ Bot to offer more accurate results.

If he had one piece of advice for someone new to automation it would be:

“Keep up with the Community Edition tutorial. Once you finish it, you are ready to start your journey towards automation.”

Recently, he collaborated with a nearby university to instruct students on the operation and use of Automation Anywhere and the Community Edition to help them achieve their objectives. He mentors incoming interns at his company, instructing them in excellent practises when they begin working with automation firsthand. Vishal eagerly joins in whenever he has the chance to interact with his professional community.
