we are migrating bot from v11 to A360 version, Taking More time in A360 compare to v11. Have analyzed logs, This is with respective soap api only

Slowness can be caused by a number of factors, including:

  • The computing power of the control room servers (if on-premises) and bot agent devices.
  • The network latency between the control room and bot agents.
  • The security tools that are in place.
  • The version of A360 that you are running.

Please review the release notes for your version of A360 for any known bugs that may be related to the slowness you are experiencing.
