Welcome to the APeople forum.
Regarding your query, are you trying transfer administrator rights to another user?
That can be done by creating a New User and tag his profile to the AAE_Admin Role.
Once you create the user, all that is left is to delete the old Administrator account(since you are an admin yourself you can manage users) and you are good to go.
