I've Office 365 and I'm trying to open an Excel (xlsx. and csv.) with Excel Advanced, but it occurs an error. It works with Excel Basic, but in my task I need specify the sheet. * My license it's ok/ I moved the file to another localization.

If you are using Office 365, then could you try using the Office 365: Open Action instead?

If I'm correct this command works with file on cloud and I've an Excel in my machine.
