Hello, greeting. This is Jade Liu from China SSC of Saint-Gobain. We are now facing an issue where our French admin could assign the tasks from his side but our Indec support team could not assign the task from their side. Is there any solutions?

Hi @Jade LIU​ ,

 

User who is unable to trigger the bot can you check whether Bot Agent is installed and device is added in the CR? If Yes Please restart Bot Agent Service and try to run the bot again and share us the update?

 

Steps for Restarting Bot Agent Service :

 

  • Click on Windows+R
  • Type services.msc
  • Hit Enter
  • Check for Automation Anywhere Bot Agent Service
  • Right Click and Restart

Hello Thanks for your reply. The thing is that one of our user could trigger bot the other one could not trigger bot. So we don't know where the problem is. The screenshot we got as in below. Thanks in advance

Would you be so kind as to include few screenshots of the issue at hand?

Also, when you stated that the user is unable to assign tasks, did you mean to say that the user is unable to trigger bots, or he is unable to assign tasks in AARI?
