Navigate to manage >> Devices >> left Side 3 dots and delete existing device and then try to add the device back to CR.
The error states that the User you have logged in with is already connected to another Device.
There a difference between the Bot Agent establishing a connection with the Control Room , and the Control Room keeping a record of which machine belongs to which user, which is why you are facing this issue.
Reinstalling the Bot Agent doesn't erase the Device from the Control Room's memory, since all it does is establish a link between the Control Room and the Device which was registered with the Control Room.
If you were to head over to Devices, you will notice that your Device is still present, but disconnected.
Try deleting and adding it to the Control Room once more.
