If you not used the "wait" condition the Bot will also "know" when the report is finished and its time to export to excel.

In my case I used "wait for screen change" command. When my bot is clicking on download button in SAP then it used to take some time to appear download / excel export prompt. so I have used wait for screen change to perform certain action .
Check in your condition which option suits to you . have a good day.
