Can IQ Bot send a status when csv is generated and the process has finished?

Hi @Xiaohong Xu ,
The IQ BOT can't send notifications, However, you can use the Email package to achieve this.
Once you uploaded the files into IQ BOT, You can send a status of whether the files are uploaded or not. The CSV files will be available within 15-30 seconds.
