Legacy automation Run script: sap script. command works when i watch the botrunner, but when i run it over control room it gives an error, why?

Excel Counter/Variable operations

OK, I know V11 extremely well. I am learning AA2019 360 Community Addition.2 Silly questions that I can’t seem to wrap my head around:How the heck do you get the Excel Row Number you are on to use as a counter? I want the row number I am currently on during a loop? Say i want to increment the counter by +1. In aa V11 there were variable operations to do so, Is there an equivalent in V2019 360?

Hi all Is any alternative for commit record in terminal (ANSI ). In putty ctrl +v used to save / commit the record but terminal emulator it is not working.

Migration of the bot from Internet explorer to MS edge or chrome

Hi Team,We have implemented a bot that will work on the Oracle DB, which support only in IE. So we have created the bot as same.Now we could not run the bot because of IE disabled as per recent update. So we want to migrated the code in automation anywhere from IE to MS edge(IE mode)Kindly help us on how to work on this issue ?

Cannot create a folder using Folder Create action

Hello, I am using A360 v27 (on-prem). Whenever I try to create a folder the bot gets stuck (infinitely running) and it does nothing. Any ideas why this could happen? (it happens same thing no matter which Folder package version I use)

Error en acceso a Control Room

Cuando intento iniciar sesion en el control room me sale el siguiente mensaje y no me deja ingresarCode: generic.server.exception Reinicio los servicios SQL del servidor de BD y ya el problema se solventa Alguien sabe que puede pasar ya que es un ambiente que queremos poner productivo y deseamos que no presente ningun problema en el log del control room da el error 2023-Mar-17 Fri 15:10:53.447 ERROR - com.automationanywhere.oauth.organization.service.OAuthOrganizationServiceImpl - {} - callGetOrgIdApi(OAuthOrganizationServiceImpl.java:264) - HTTP Client start exception: java.io.IOException: Unable to establish loopback connection Saludos
